Fit in the Wild curates bespoke wellness journeys in private safari and heritage settings. Personally led by founder, Cindy Jourdain Sola, curator, on site coach, and former professional ballerina, each experience is designed exclusively around your family or circle. Our escapes weave fitness, mindfulness, nourishment, culture and community into one seamless adventure, bringing depth, authenticity and refinement at every step. At its heart, Fit in the Wild is a philosophy of immersive design, offering transformations that are rare, personal, and impossible to imitate.

WHO WE ARE

Fit in the Wild is a boutique wellness company founded and personally led by Cindy Jourdain Sola. Cindy pirouetted from the Royal Ballet stage in London to the wild outdoors, before carving out a global path as a performance coach, wellness entrepreneur, and creative force. In Mumbai, she launched Beyond Studio and Cindy’s Bootcamp, led lifestyle and events at a legendary Château in Cannes, and brought her signature energy to brands like Apple and Nike as an ambassador. Known for her choreographer’s instinct, she designs immersive experiences where inherent wellness take centre stage. Training alongside you as your own personal trainer, family coach, or group instructor Cindy oversees every details of your wellness plan.

FIT IN THE WILD

A Fit in the Wild journey places you in the heart of Africa’s most inspiring wilderness, with a spectrum of experiences that stretch far beyond game drives. Within camp, days can flow from yoga at sunrise to storytelling by firelight, creative workshops, or simply resting by the pool. Outside the lodge, you might track wildlife on foot, ride horseback across open savannahs, canoe through mirrored waters, or immerse yourself in local culture and conservation projects.

For families, the wild transforms into a playground of discovery, with mini ranger programs, bushcraft adventures, scavenger hunts, stargazing and even baking alongside our chefs, anything is possible. Every moment is designed to ignite curiosity, connection, and joy for all ages. 

Every journey is flexible by design; clients may shape their own FITW safari from the ground up or follow one of FITW signature collection.
