Personally led by founder, Cindy Jourdain Sola— curator, on site coach, and former professional ballerina, each experience is designed exclusively around your family or circle.

Our escapes weave fitness, mindfulness, nourishment, culture and community into one seamless adventure, bringing depth, authenticity and refinement at every step. At its heart, FITW is a philosophy of immersive design, offering transformations that are rare, personal, and impossible to imitate.

WHO WE ARE

Fit In The Wild is a boutique wellness company founded and personally led by Cindy Jourdain Sola. Cindy pirouetted from the Royal Ballet stage in London to the wild outdoors, before carving out a global path as a performance coach, wellness entrepreneur, and creative force.

In Mumbai, she launched Beyond Studio and Cindy’s Bootcamp, led lifestyle and events at a legendary Château in Cannes, and brought her signature energy to brands like Apple and Nike as an ambassador. Known for her choreographer’s instinct, she designs immersive experiences where somatic expression and inherent wellness take centre stage.

Training alongside you as your own personal trainer, family coach, or group instructor Cindy oversees every details of your wellness plan. Every journey is flexible by design; clients may shape their own FITW safari from the ground up or follow one of FITW signature collection.
